I would like to accomplish a more productive evening routine, where I do some kind of physical activity before I eat supper. I am going to try to stretch for min. each night before bed. I would like for my nightly routine to include meditating for 10 minutes and then reading before bed. Taking a few minutes to prepare for the next day allows me to sleep better.
