The intention for this meditation is all about POSITIVITY. When I talk about positivity I also like to talk about non judgement because I really feel like those two intentions go hand in hand.
Seeing the world through non judgmental and positive eyes really allows us to deepen the connection with ourselves and then we can deepen our connection with others!
