INGREDIENTS

2 cups coconut milk, unsweetened

1 ½ cups fresh spinach

½ cup fresh mint leaves

2 bananas

4 medjool dates, pitted

1 teaspoon vanilla

OPTIONAL: top with fresh cherry, coconut whipped cream, and/or cacao nibs

DIRECTIONS

1. Blend spinach, mint, and coconut milk until smooth.

2. Add remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

*Use a frozen fruit to make smoothie cold.
