NEW FACILITY
Plastic Plus, Canada’s largest
independent optical lab, held a grand
opening April 24 of its new 30,000-
Square-foot optical lab manufacturing
facility in Toronto. The event included a
tour of the state-of-the-art facility
and demonstration of lens manufac-
turing technology.
The new lab offers eye care providers
world-leading lens technology, which
is 100 per cent manufactured in Cana-
da. The new facility doubles the lens
manufacturing and coating capacity
and increases both accuracy and de-
livery time. The company is a leader
in the manufacturing of free form
single vision, progressives and specialty
lenses and is noted for its commitment
to independent eye care providers.
