Healthy Springtime Picnic Fare Whether you’re on your way to the park, a nature hike or the beach, these healthy take-along items are sure to please! Energy Barz SERVES 6-8 ORGANIC INGREDIENTS: 1 cup pecans 1 cup pistachios 1 cup dried apricots-soaked in water for 5 minutes 1 scoop Garden of Life ® Raw Protein and greens ™ Lightly Sweet 2 Tablespoons Garden of Life Coconut Oil 1 MrazBerry Chocolate Bar broken into bite-sized pieces PREPARATION: Place nuts, protein powder, apricots (removed from water) and coconut oil into food processor using the “s” blade. Process down until well combined then add chocolate and process again until well mixed. Press batter into a 9x9 inch brownie pan and refrigerate for 20 minutes before cutting and serving.
