INGREDIENTS:
1 cup pecans
1 cup pistachios
1 cup dried apricots-soaked in water for 5 minutes
1 scoop Garden of Life ® Raw Protein and greens ™
Lightly Sweet
2 Tablespoons Garden of Life Coconut Oil
1 MrazBerry Chocolate Bar broken into
bite-sized pieces
PREPARATION:
Place nuts, protein
powder, apricots (removed
from water) and coconut oil into
food processor using the “s” blade.
Process down until well combined then add
chocolate and process again until well mixed. Press batter
into a 9x9 inch brownie pan and refrigerate for 20 minutes
before cutting and serving. Store bars in refrigerator for
one week or in the freezer for one month.
