We thought there was no better thing to do for “Bring Your Dog to WorK Day” than to feature our very own working artist, Tiffany Beasi. Often inspired by animals, music and the natural environment, her paintings are drowned in lush, vibrant colors and have been published in two books, Beatles Art: The Fantastic New Artwork of the Fab Four and Marilyn in Art. Tiffany has been the featured Artist in Go Riverwalk, Industry, MetroWest, Jacksonville’s BUZZ and Axis magazines and also in the Orlando Sentinel, Sun Sentinel, Palm Beach Post, Art&Culture of Palm Beach County and on Fox 35. She continues to produce and present her growing body of work in galleries and outdoor shows all around Florida. “Being a Florida native has inspired my vivid color scheme. The palette also represents my adventurous attitude and positive outlook on life. When I’m done with a painting, I feel a great sense of self-worth and accomplishment.” said Beasi. Garden of Life® Goes to the Dogs . . .Literally! Dogs trotting down the hall for a meeting, sitting in a chair or pressing their noses against an office door were a few of the sights you would have seen around the Garden of Life office this summer. “Being able to bring our dogs to work is one of the coolest events we have at GoL. I absolutely love being able to spend the day with my furry friend,” said Kristie Romano, Senior Marketing Manager. Take Your Dog To Work Day® was created to celebrate the great companions dogs make and to encourage their adoption from humane societies, animal shelters and breed rescue clubs. The event encourages employers to experience the value of pets in the workplace and to promote pet adoptions. “We have a huge celebration for Take Your Daughters and Sons To Work Day®, so we can’t neglect the four-legged family members,” stated Teresa Miller, Senior Director HR & Wellness. “We are an equal opportunity employer/host, so we encourage employees to bring their dogs for the special day or to bring a photo of any pet to display in our Pet Photo Gallery. Employees gathered for a “Meet and Greet” in the morning, and then got to spend the day with their doggies. “It’s such fun to have Max come to work with me,” said Kyndall O’Neill, Oracle Support Manager, who donned her Goldendoodle in a tie for the occasion. “We are a team of animal lovers, so it’s great to be able see all the doggies around the office.”
