Ingredients: (use organic)
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
I scoop Garden of Life ®
Organic Plant Protein, Vanilla
1 cup blueberries

3 to 4 ice cubes
Preparation:
Place all ingredients into a blender
and blend until smooth. Enjoy

Hot Chocolate Smoothie
Serves: 1-2 PB & Whey Ice Cream
Serves: 4
Ingredients: (use organic) Ingredients: (use organic)
3 cups unsweetened chocolate almond milk
1 scoop Garden of Life Raw Organic Protein
Chocolate or Organic Plant Protein Chocolate
5 Medjool dates pitted
Preparation:
Heat almond milk in a pot until hot (about 5 minutes on
medium heat) then pour into a blender (make sure your blender
can tolerate hot beverages). Add remaining ingredients and blend
until smooth. Enjoy immediately. Add 1 / 4 teaspoon peppermint
extract to make it a hot mint chocolate smoothie!

2 cups frozen banana chunks
1 scoop Garden of Life Organic Whey Protein, Vanilla
1
/ 2 cup milk or non-dairy milk of your choice (whole milk suggested)
3 Tablespoons powdered peanut butter such as PB2

/ 2 cup shelled, salted and roasted peanuts
Preparation:
Place all ingredients into a food processor using the “s” blade
or high speed blender that has a tamper and blend until smooth.
Add peanuts and pulse several times. Serve ice cream immediately
for the best texture but it can be stored in freezer for up to 3 weeks.
