Mraz Mix
Serves 6-8
Ingredients: (use organic)
1 cup walnuts
1 cup almonds
1 cup coconut chips or flakes

/ 2 cup dried cranberries

/ 2 cup pumpkin seeds

/ 2 cup sunflower seeds
1 Mraz Berry chocolate bar broken into
bite sized pieces
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
and enjoy! Store trail mix in a container in
the refrigerator for up to one month.
Mango Pomegranate White Bean Dip

/ 4 cup dried pomegranate

/ 4 cup pine nuts
2 Tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

/ 2 avocado

/ 4 cup avocado oil
1 1 / 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 Tablespoon maple syrup

/ 4 teaspoon sea salt 1 15oz. can cannellini beans
3 Tablespoons olive oil
2 Tablespoons chopped dill
1 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon chopped
chives
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder

/ 4 teaspoon sea salt
2 Tablespoons roasted tomatoes or
sundried tomatoes for garnish
Preparation: Preparation:
Remove stems from kale and then
finely chop and place in large bowl. Add
1
/ 2 avocado, avocado oil, lemon juice,
maple syrup and salt. Massage kale with
your hands to incorporate the dressing
and soften the kale (do this for about 1
minute). Add remaining ingredients and
toss. Store in refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Rinse and drain beans then place in food
processor using the āsā blade with all other
ingredients except for the tomatoes and
1 teaspoon of chopped chives. Process
ingredients until you get a smooth texture,
then remove and scoop into a bowl.
Garnish by placing tomatoes in center
of dip and sprinkle chopped chives over
the entirety of the dip. Serve with sliced
veggies or crackers. Dip lasts 4 days
refrigerated.
