INGREDIENTS :
1 scoop Garden of Life Raw Organic Fit 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 cup coconut water ( unpasteurized preferred ) 1 1 / 2 cups frozen organic blueberries 2 Tablespoons ripe avocado 8 drops of Sweet Leaf ® vanilla cream liquid Stevia ground cinnamon for garnishing
OPTIONAL : Top with a few dashes of cinnamon !

2 cups unsweetened coconut or almond milk 1 scoop Garden of Life ® Raw Organic Fit Vanilla 1 packet Dr . Formulated Fitbiotic ™ 1 1 / 2 cups combination of pomegranate seeds and blueberries 1 cup frozen banana chunks 1 Tablespoon Garden of Life RAW Organics™ Chia Seed
DIRECTIONS :
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth .

/ 2 cup frozen banana chunks 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

/ 2 cup organic coconut water ( unpasteurized preferred ) 1 scoop Garden of Life Raw Organic Fit 6 drops of Sweet Leaf ® vanilla cream liquid Stevia

FIT BIT COOKIES

Makes : 2 Dozen Cookies
INGREDIENTS :
2 scoops Raw Organic Fit Vanilla
1
/ 2 cup coconut flour
1
/ 2 cup gluten free all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda
1
/ 2 teaspoon sea salt 2 eggs 1 cup Garden of Life Coconut Oil , melted

/ 4 cup Swerve granular sugar 1 cup almond milk
DIRECTIONS :
Preheat oven to 350 degrees . Mix together the first 5 ingredients and set aside . Next , mix together the eggs and Swerve until smooth , then add the coconut oil and mix again until smooth . Combine dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix well ; then add the almond milk . Roll dough into balls with your hands then gently flatten them and place onto a cookie sheet . Bake for 12 minutes then let cool . Store cookies in refrigerator for up to 1 week or in the freezer for one month .
OPTION : You can sprinkle a little Swerve on top of each cookie after they come out of the oven .
