CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE *
1 ½ Tablespoon Garden of Life Coconut Oil
1 scoop Garden of Life Keto Meal Chocolate
1 Tablespoon Swerve
1 teaspoon cacao
2 Tablespoons almond flour
1 egg
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 Tablespoon sugar free chocolate chips
Coconut whip for topping
DIRECTIONS:
COCONUT WHIP
1 can full fat coconut milk
½ teaspoon vanilla
5 drops of liquid Stevia
DIRECTIONS:
Refrigerate coconut milk overnight.
Open coconut milk and spoon only the
solids into a bowl (you can save the
liquid for a smoothie). Add in vanilla
and Stevia and using an electric mixer,
mix on high speed for several minutes
until the coconut milk forms a whipped
cream texture.
Melt coconut oil in mug in the microwave for 10 seconds. Beat egg in a separate
bowl. Add flour, Keto Meal, Swerve, cacao, baking powder and beaten egg to
the mug and mix. Place in microwave for 60 seconds. Top with chocolate chips
and coconut whip.

2 scoops Garden of Life Keto Meal
10 oz. unsweetened vanilla nut milk

Stevia & cinnamon
TOPPINGS OF CHOICE: 1 Tablespoon of blueberries, cacao nibs, coconut
flakes, chia seed and/or macadamia nuts.
DIRECTIONS:
In a blender, mix Keto Meal, nut milk and MCT Powder until smooth. Pour into
serving cup and finish with your choice of toppings and a dusting of cinnamon
and stevia. (For thicker consistency, add ½ scoop of Keto Meal at a time until
desired consistency.)
