A SOBERING REALITY for small businesses of every type is that at least half fail within
the first five years. With this issue, we’re headed into year No. 5 stronger – in every way – than
we’ve ever been and eager to prove the odds are in our favor. And that’s where you come in.
Thanks to our numerous advertising partners, many of whom have been with us since day one,
we’re able to continue providing more and even enhanced coverage of Southern Indiana – and
beyond – at no cost to readers. We value these relationships and are incredibly grateful for the support.
It is always a privilege and an honor to be given the opportunity to share your stories, too.
We take pride and feel a true sense of responsibility in every article and photo you’ll find in
