Cottage is a waterside cottage, with a castellated
folly-style raised garden.
The cottage can sleep eight and is equipped with
oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing
machine and tumble dryer.
The lounge / dining room has a picture window
providing views over the bay and is complete with
TV (not that you will need it) and wood burning
stove.
The cottage is ideally situated to reach the
beaches of both Lleyn Peninsula and Anglesey.
There is plenty of parking available and pets are
welcome.

Neuadd Farm is located near the charming seaside
town of New Quay.
An ideal family retreat, Neuadd Farm offers ten
cottages, including Llys-y-wennol which sleeps
eight.
Some of the cottages have wood burners, sun
balconies and patios with a built-in BBQ (check
their site for details on each cottage).
Each cottage has use of the heated outdoor
swimming pool (mid May - mid Sept) and tennis
court.
The extensive grounds include gardens and
woodland which can be explored, along with a
Wendy House and play area.
