CABLE CARS - Ride the one mile cable car which runs along the Great Orme . Opened in 1969 it is the longest passenger cable car system in Britain . The highest point is 80 feet from the ground and takes around nine minutes , plenty of time for you to take in the panoramic views .

PROMENADE - Take in the sights and sounds of Llandudno with a leisurely stroll down the promenade . The seafront retains all of the charm of a bygone era and it is the perfect way to see all of the period buildings . If you ’ re lucky , you may get to experience the brass band play .
DECK CHAIRS - Hire a red and white striped deck chair and watch the world go by on Llandudno North Shore Beach .

WALK - There are plenty of places for long walks , short walks or just a stroll . The fourmile , circular walk around the limestone headline is a favourite . The walk provides stunning views of Liverpool Bay and the Menai Strait . To find out more , click the arrow link above .
JUNCTION - Llandudno Junction is a complex consisting of main stream fast food outlets , cinema and leisure centre . Worth a visit is the Providero Tea and Coffee House , which is quickly becoming a firm favourite . Also look out for their very cool 1970s Citroen H van .
QUAFF - The Great Orme Brewery & Bar situated on Builder Street is where to head if you are a fan of fine , local craft ales .
XMAS FAYRE - Ok , we cheated a little on the ‘ X ’, however the Christmas Fayre at Llandudno should not be missed . At the end of November there are craft stalls , local food and drink , craft demonstrations , Santa ’ s Grotto and all set within a Dickensian atmosphere .
KASHMIRI GOATS - The famous residents of the Great Orme , the Kashmiri goats . With their shaggy white coats and impressive horns , they are naturally shy animals . Visit The Great Orme Nature Reserve ( reached by cable car or tram ) if you want to spot them .
RIDE ON A DONKEY - During summer on Llandudno ’ s North Shore beach , children can experience this Victorian tradition .
YACHTS - Conwy Yacht Charter provide short voyages , day trips and longer cruises for the more adventurous amongst us .
EAT - There are plenty of places ! One you should visit is Bodafon Farm Park with their unique open air BBQ .
LIGHTHOUSE - The Lighthouse guest house is situated on Great Ormes Head . There are three rooms available , Principal Keepers Suite , Telegraph Room and the Lamproom Suite . The building is unique and the views are wonderful . The Telegraph Room has access to the roof .
SKI - Hit the slopes in Wales ! The Llandudno Ski Slope and Snowboard Centre is home to the longest toboggan run in Britain and here you can also ski , snowboard and sno-tube . The Centre offer courses for all abilities including lessons for tots ( 4 - 7 year olds ).
ZOO - 15 minutes from Llandudno is the Welsh Mountain Zoo . Here you can find Lemurs , brown bears , chimps , meerkats , tigers , reptiles , birds and fish ...
