Beet Juice

I know! BEET JUICE, RIGHT?! Well this one is definitely thirst quenching and will also

get toxins flowing right on out of your

body! This juice will also nourish

your body and make you feel

fantastic!

Ingredients:

2 medium organic beets

(Chopped skins on)

2 medium organic cucumbers

(Peeled, chopped)

10 celery sticks (Cut)

1 lemon (Peeled)

1 lime (Peeled)

Beet leaves (if you have them)

Instructions:

Run all ingredients through a blender

and drink immediately, or store in glass

jars in a refrigerator for up to two days.

Servings:

2 -4
