Light Commercial Vehicle RV Trends .
For LCVs it is all about price , practicality and being fit for purpose . Get these right , and demand will be strong keeping RVs up . However for demand to exist domestic industry needs to be strong this was part of the problem during the economic crisis .
The general stability we reported on last quarter remains generally unchanged with most markets having now stabilised and generally trending in line with seasonal demand and the economy . This latter point can be seen clearly in the small panel vans in countries like Spain and Portugal where the falling unemployment is encouraging small start up businesses and the self employed which is increasing demand and with it RVs .
Whilst the UK RVs for vans remain generally low this does create some upside opportunity for RVs to increase as unemployment continues to fall and economic sentiment continues to rise .
