What services does LiveBuzz deliver at Confex?
LiveBuzz has evolved a broad range of digital and
data services with a focus on taking the pain away
from organisers. We create working efficiencies which
ensure organisers have more time to focus on higher
value strategic considerations and to ensure their
events are successful.
Core to everything we provide is our LiveControl
Event Registration platform. It is a centralised data
and event management platform, which allows
organisers to create creative campaigns using a
personalised data-centric approach.
Exhibitor lead retrieval
Our dedicated exhibitor team ensure all exhibitors
are fully supported, alleviating the stress for them.
Exhibitor data is passed directly to LiveBuzz via an API
from Freeman, once again creating efficiencies.
Onsite registration
Full onsite registration systems to ensure that the
“Visiting” experience is fast, efficient and friendly,
while capturing all required data.
Exhibitor services
An Exhibitor Zone whereby visitors can upload
information about their products, their company, and
their videos straight to the event website. They can
promote the event to their contacts. They can also
easily order badges and much more.
Biometric and facial registration
LiveBuzz have partnered with Zenus and are going
to be showcasing this new technology which seems
to have captured the imagination of organisers.
