Quick Response Training Program ( QRT ) is an employer-driven training program that is customizable , flexible , and responsive to individual company needs and designed to assist new and existing businesses with the necessary training for expansion . The company may use in-house training , outside vendor training programs or a local educational entity to provide training . This program includes reimbursable training expenses through the FloridaFlex training grants program .
