Designing this space was a lot of fun . The bike on the wall is actually the tenant ’ s ! It serves the purpose of being both functional and artistic .

It ’ s important to imprint those extra personal touches into the space .
This room has a lot of layers and textures to create the ultimate Lower East Side vibe . When you mix and match , you get to juggle a lot of things you love at once . You can find ways to put together all your favorite pillows that you never could have imagined would work together … but somehow , they do !
One of the best parts about this room are the three small tables in center of the living space . They are lightweight and movable , so you can really put them wherever you want , whenever you want . Who needs a coaster when you have an entire small table to put your favorite cocktail on ! Even with all three together in the center , it feels cohesive , inviting and easy-going . The color also plays well with the exterior lighting and wall décor .
