Now that you ’ re feeling good about your home and all that ’ s in it , you should focus on feeling the same way about your body . Exercise is the biggest reward you can give to yourself . Exercising not only helps build up core muscles and metabolism , but also balances energy and promotes cardiovascular strength . For a lot of us , exercise gets put on the back burner because we say we “ don ’ t have time .” If this is you , try parking further away from office and store entrances than you normally would , take the stairs instead of the elevator , and lift weights or stretch while you watch a television program . Incorporating small bursts of exercise throughout the day will help increase focus and give you the added benefit of fitting in some cardio .
