Bacon-Wrapped Cheese-Stuffed

Chicken Breasts

With only five ingredients , this recipe is simple , but the flavor is anything but . I like to make this when I don ’ t feel like cooking for hours but still want something special . — Whitney
Goat cheese has been around for centuries and could be one of the oldest dairy products .
INGREDIENTS
8 chicken breast halves 1 pkg . Italian seasoning ½ cup goat cheese ½ cup blue cheese 1 pkg . bacon
DIRECTIONS
Marinate chicken in Italian seasoning for at least an hour , but overnight is preferable .
Preheat oven to 350 ° F . Pound chicken breast halves thin , to about ¾ inch .
Place cheeses in center of chicken breasts and roll up and secure with toothpicks .
Wrap chicken breasts in two slices of bacon in a crisscross pattern and secure with toothpicks .
Bake for 50 – 55 minutes , or until juices run clear and bacon is browned . The thicker the bacon , the longer the chicken needs to bake . Drain off fat , remove toothpicks , and serve warm .
