little as $745, depending on limit and risk profile,
and applies anywhere in the United States and its
territories. The Combined Crisis Cover is designed
to provide insurance protection for companies affected by tragedies that may never be deemed to
be an act of terrorism, such as Boston Marathon
Bombings and the more recent Pulse Nightclub
Shootings — both of which were not certified as
acts of terrorism.
“If you are in any way involved in the staging,
hosting, promotion, or performing in a live event
of any kind, including corporate, in a stadium or
arena, theater, indoor venue, outdoor festival location, concert hall, or cruise ship you know that
the chances of your event, and subsequent business operation, being impacted by a terrorist or
malicious act are very real. This is the unfortunate
reality of our times,” Carroll emphasized. “But now
there is a way for you to protect against many perils for a very reasonable cost, with a low deductible of between $1,000 and $2,500 (depending
on the limit purchased), and coverage protection
up to $1-million annually.” Additional limits may
be available with carrier discussion.
