Early in March we were in the
fortunate position to unveil their
spectacular, newly renovated store
in the V&A Waterfront.
Two bellboys were stationed at the
entrance, where they welcomed
guests in true Cartier style. Guests
were then guided down an
astoundingly long red carpet to the
highly anticipated unveiling of the
store. The ambience, once inside,
was truly exquisite, with Cartier
Champagne, exquisite canapés as
well as a roaming saxophonist and
violinist to set the mood.

The atmosphere in the brand new
store was complete with smoky
mahogany furniture and floral
designs that left guests in awe.
The bright bursts of colour truly
embodied the essence of the
evening. The event took place over
two evenings, the first for close
friends, family and special clients;
and the second evening for VIP’s
and media.
The new store speaks of the
exceptional heart of what Charles
Greig stands for. We highly
