Q1: Where are you from? I am originally from South Korea. Q2: When did you start modeling? I started modeling in Korea in a local TV commercial for eye glasses and cosmetics. Q3: Is it hard breaking into the American market? I am not sure about American market, but I always think that opportunities are always there as long as you have strong will and talent as a model in modeling industries. Q4: Who have you worked with? Dean John, Gigi Garette, Ola Style, Eric Vega, Natasha Bereznaya, Pamela Quinzi, Tapti Tapan just to name a few. Q5: You are an actress as well? Yes. I did a pilot episode of a show called “Yellow Fever” I enjoyed the entire process of filming and am very interested in opportunities in films as well. Q6: What are your goals? My goal is to become a highly in fluential fitness model who’s also a successful fashion designer and fitness professional to be brief. Q7: What are some of your struggles on your road to success? As a model, people may not think that I am tall enough to be on runways, which affected on my level of con fidence at the very beginning, but I don’t think it’s that signi ficant anymore. As a model, the most important thing is how effectively and well I present what I am supposed to, not my height itself. As an actress/show host, language was one thing that slows me down since my native language is not English. Although my English is still not perfect, I really don’t find it limiting what I’m doing now. It’s always much more important how well I know and feel con fident at what I do rather than being fluent in a language. Q8: Why haven’t you quit? Simply because I like what I’ve been doing so much that I just couldn’t quit because it’s challenging and there are obstacles. The more challenging it becomes, the stronger my desire to succeed in what I’ve been doing . Q9: Where do you see yourself in 1 year? I love to make my goal high enough so that it’s challenging but reachable as well. I wanted to become a fashion designer myself since I was very young, so will be one in a near future. I’ve been trying to make it happen this year. So, I’ll be on a runway as a fashion designer.
