LOSE MORE WEIGHT FASTER AND KEEP IT OFF!
Hello all you fitness buffs! This months column consists of ways to
get you started..to get you motivated to begin. I know that seems to
be the first step in winning the battle of being healthy. Just
begin..some people find so many reasons to NOT
begin..excuses..such as ..I'm too big-it will take forver to see results!
nopt today maybe tomorrow or next week....well guess what people
you are wasting time, energy, health, and running out of excuses! Its
time to get moving and I am going to help you.
First you need to realize I was at an occasion or two in my life where
you may be today..Ive been there..at one point I lost 85 pounds so if I
can you can! It doesnt matter how much you have to get off
poundwise -just get started!
Ive always claimed my best fitness advice ever is: if you only lose 1
pound per week and keep it off, in twenty weeks thats twenty
pounds! Twenty weeks will be here regardless of whether or not
you lose that one tiny pound per week and keep it off..so you
may as well do it.
This is an easy way to feel that you can attain the goal you set for
yourself by not overwhelming yourself with thoughts of having to lose
too much too soon! Take it small and slow and eventually you will be
there and so excited and proud of yourself! I gave this advice to a
friend of mine and she said it helped her so much the first week she
lost not one but three pounds!
There are so many ways to acheive keeping this weight off-this one
pound per week..even ways to begin to lose the one pound per
week..you will probably lose more but shooting lower will bring you
