Coming Up...
Getting a project from initial contact to opening is a long process that often involves hundreds of people and can take anywhere from five to ten (or more) years. The opening of a course, is therefore, something to celebrate and savour. As a result, we’re very much looking forward to watching the first golf being played in 2018 on our courses at JCB Golf & Country Club in England; Mill Creek Golf Club in St Petersburg, Russia; Plage des Nations Golf City in Rabat, Morocco and Dubai Hills in the United Arab Emirates.
We should also mention our project at King Abdullah Economic City, in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which had a ‘soft’ opening late in 2017, but will be formally opening its doors during the first half of this year (see the feature article on page 28 for more information). Our congratulations, thanks, and best wishes for the future go out to everyone involved in each of these projects, which have played very significant parts in our lives over recent years. We’re excited to see how they develop in the future.
