Legno non trattato
I listelli possono essere forniti anche senza velatura superficiale, il legno più indicato, “eurofom w” utilizza per
questo solo legno tropicale certificato 100% FSC. Il legno
duro come frassino per l’uso all’esterno (se non trattato)
non viene consigliato. Le superfici del legno non trattato,
con il tempo naturalmente invecchiano: sulla superficie si
crea una patina di colore grigio argento che non compromette in nessun modo la sua qualità.
Legno trattato
I listelli in legno possono essere forniti anche con superficie trattata con velatura a base d’acqua. La rinuncia a
sostanze pericolose come metalli pesanti compromette
leggermente la durabilità della velatura, rispetto a quanto
usavamo fare nel passato.
Per preservare la bellezza e l’esperienza di “arredi per esterno realizzati da euroform w” si consiglia di rinnovare il
trattamento del legno dopo il primo inverno e poi almeno
ogni due anni.
Unbehandeltes Holz
Die Holzbelattung kann unbehandelt geliefert werden,
wobei sich Esche unbehandelt jedoch nicht für den
Außenbereich eignet. Dafür bietet sich Exotenholz an.
„eurofom w“ verwendet ausschließlich 100% FSC zertifiziertes Tropenholz. Naturbelassenes Hartholz verwittert
im Laufe der Zeit: auf der Oberfläche bildet sich eine silbrig graue Patina, die jedoch in keiner Weise die Qualität
des Rohstoffes beeinträchtigt.
Behandeltes Holz
Holzlatten können ab Werk oberflächenbehandelt geliefert werden. Die Behandlung erfolgt mit Dünnschichtlasuren auf Wasserbasis. Der Verzicht auf Inhaltsstoffe wie
z.B. Schwermetalle in Lasuren, führt dazu, dass diese
generell nicht mehr so lange haltbar sind wie einst. Um
die Schönheit und das Erlebnis „Freiraumausstattung
mit euroform w” zu erhalten, wird empfohlen, nach einer
Überwinterung und dann mindestens alle zwei Jahre
den Schutzanstrich einer Holzoberfläche zu erneuern und
somit der Abwitterung vorzubeugen.

Bois non traité
Les lattes peuvent également être fournies non traitées,
le bois le plus indiqué est l’exotique, « Euroform w »
utilise pour cela uniquement du bois tropical certifié 100
% FSC. Le bois dur comme le frêne (si non traité) n’est
pas conseillé pour l’utilisation à l’extérieur. Les surfaces
du bois non traitées vieillissent naturellement avec
le temps : sur la surface, une patine de couleur grise
argenté se crée qui ne compromet sa qualité d’aucune
manière.
Bois traité
Les lattes en bois peuvent également être fournies avec
des surfaces traitées avec une couchée de glacis à base
d’eau. L’abandon des substances dangereuses comme
les métaux lourds compromet légèrement la durabilité du
voile par rapport à autrefois.
Pour préserver la beauté et l’expérience des « meubles
pour l’extérieur réalisés par Eurofom w », on conseille de
renouveler le revêtement du bois après le premier hiver
et ensuite au moins tous les deux ans.
Untreated wood
The slats can be supplied untreated, but it should be
taken into account that untreated ash wood is not suitable for outdoor use. Exotic wood is more appropriate for
this purpose. “eurofom w” uses only 100% FSC certified
tropical wood. After a few months the greying process of
the surface of untreated wood sets in. However, this is
not a defect and does not affect the stability or quality of
the urban furniture.
Treated wood
Wooden slats can also be supplied surface-treated.
Treatment is made with thin water-based glazes. The
avoidance of ingredients such as heavy metals in glazes
means that those varnishes are generally not as durable
as before. To preserve the beauty and the experience of
“outdoor furniture made by euroform w” it is recommended to renew the protective coating of a wooden surface
after the first winter and then at least every two years to
prevent weathering.
