Tax Committee executive team Doniyorbek Zulunov / EUROBAK Tax Committee Partner / EY Kazakhstan Co-Chairperson Doniyorbek Zulunov is a Tax Partner at EY Kazakhstan. He has over 19 years of experience in providing tax advisory services both for companies and individuals on various taxation and planning issues in Central Asia. Doniyorbek specializes in international tax, tax due diligence and tax structuring projects for local and international companies investing in Kazakhstan and other Central Asian countries. He was also involved in preparation of proposed amendments to Kazakhstan tax legislation. Doniyorbek is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK, since 2001. Dilyaram Osmanova Co-Chairperson / EUROBAK Tax Committee Partner / ArborV Dilyaram is a Partner at ArborV and a startup co-founder Esep Onai (online accounting for small businesses). Previously she has worked as Tax Partner at Deloitte and has 18 years of professional experience with a focus on providing a wide range of tax consulting services to major national and international companies. She is a holder of MSc in Finance degree from the University of Wales and CPA professional qualification. Nadezhda Kaazik Deputy Chairperson / EUROBAK Tax Committee Senior Tax Specialist / MARS Kazakhstan Nadezhda has over 8 years of experience in both tax advisory services and FMCG industry. During her tax consulting experience with PwC Kazakhstan and among client projects, Nadezhda has been assigned to the World Bank Group to work on Paying Taxes, an indicator of a Doing Business rating. This experience gave her an overview of different tax regimes across the globe and an understanding of fiscal policy importance in attraction of investments. Aliya Utegaliyeva Deputy Chairperson / EUROBAK Tax Committee Director / PwC Aliya has over 11 years of experience advising major multinational and local clients on various domestic and cross border tax issues. She specializes in corporate taxation and tax support for M&A. Aliya had an 18-month secondment to PwC London and a half-year secondment to a large multinational company. She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA, UK) and Kazakhstan Chamber of Tax Consultants.
