Another philosophy that Jayne tries
to live by and encourage among her
team is, “Never think you’re too
big to be doing what you expect
those in your downline to do.
Don’t tell people what they should
be doing if you’re not actually doing
it yourself. You’re never too high up
in the ranks to stop doing the things
you ask of others, so dive in and get
your hands dirty.”
