The Anterior Implant Predicting Esthetics & Provisionalization Workshop Saturday December 2, 2017 We are honored to have Dr. Kan present at Esthetic Professional Dental Education Center in Tarzana, CA. He is a world renowned expert in the Anterior Implant. Implant restorations present a unique challenge compared to natural teeth. Over the past decade, one of the biggest challenges in implant dentistry has been the development of peri-implant gingival esthetics, particularly in the anterior maxillary region. Peri-implant esthetics is defined as the presence of harmonious gingival architecture around the implant restoration and the surrounding dentition. This day program will teach participants how to diagnose, predict and provide optimal implant results in the esthetic zone. Implant restorations in the esthetic zone can be compromised if the tissues surrounding them are not ideal. The esthetic implant provisional is a critical component for evaluating and modifying the tissues surrounding an implant. The purpose of this portion of the session will be to present implant provisional techniques and allow participants to make an anterior implant provisional.
