Bill Kimball, DDS sold his successful San
Diego area dental practice in 1995 he has
provided dental practice management and
transition coaching for over 700 dental offices.
He’s a founding partner of Integrity Practice
Sales and the recipient of the California Den-
tal Association’s award for “Demonstration of
Highest Standards of Professional Attitude,
Integrity, and Promise of Leadership”.

to having a business management degree, Scott has
worked with hundreds of dental practices since 1991
developing business plans, coaching and training
dental teams, developing leadership skills, enhanc-
ing communication skills, training teams on cus-
tomer service techniques, and successfully helping
practices grow to new levels of productivity and
profitability.
Cecilia Chen, JD provides legal services to the
healthcare industry throughout California. Ms.
Chen’s legal experience is diverse. Prior to starting
her own firm, she worked at two corporate bou-
tique firms in Virginia and San Diego structuring
complex Mergers & Acquisition transactions. Ce-
cilia now provides counsel to dentists in purchase
and sale transactions, contracts and leases, partner-
ship formation and buy-outs, entity formation and
dental service organizations.

Tim McNeely, CFP is CEO of The LifeStone Com-
panies. Tim has spent his entire working life as a
financial planner and is a frequent speaker at dental
CE meetings. He is passionate about helping den-
