Robinson Club Sclanitizen Alm
Approximately 2811 metres above sea level, the
areas of St Anton, St Christoph and Stuben can all be
reached via Lech Zürs and have a combined 340km
of prepared slopes of all levels of difficulty, 180km of
powder snow runs, 94 cable cars and lifts, as well as up
to 15km of cross-country ski trails. Other attractions
include heliskiing, a snow park for freestylers, game
feeding, horse-drawn sleigh rides, illuminated and
snow-covered toboggan runs and a natural ice rink as
well as an indoor one.
In Nassfeld Hermagor, the largest ski region in
Carinthia, one can ski or snow hike across 110km of
pristine slopes at Robinson Club Sclanitizen Alm. For
easy access, the lift is located at the club and will take
you to a height of 1875m to the slope in Tressdorf, the
ideal starting point for fast descents and relaxing hikes
in the clear mountain air. Adrenaline junkies should
look no further than the Snowboard Adventure Park
and indoor climbing wall, whilst families with young
children can rest assured at the children’s activity
centre that has slopes that are ideal for kids and is
overlooked by certified instructors. There is even a
Roby Club to keep children entertained when away
from the snow as well as a Roby Baby service.
Nothing is more rewarding after a day on the slopes
than a couple of drinks by an open fire, live music in the
cold, warm sunshine (weather permitting) or relaxing
in the WellFit spa that is located in both resorts. Drink
in the impressive views of the surrounding mountain
landscape, embark on romantic winter walks and
soak up the atmosphere and some hearty après-ski
fun. Although a French term, the famous après-ski is
an Austrian art form, and guests can enjoy socialising
in both the inner courtyard and night club or watch
professional evening shows in the Sclanitizen Alm
theatre.
Whether you want to ski down steep slopes, execute
new tricks with your snowboard or travel through
the impressive mountain panorama of the Alps and
quench your thirst for history, culture, good food and,
even better, wine, Austria certainly won’t disappoint.

ESCAPE TO
The Robinson Club Alpenrose Zürs is a unique skiing
hotspot region known as the ‘cradle of skiing’. The
small village made winter sports history when the first
ski course for locals was held in 1906 and, in winter
2014, the two ski regions of Warth-Schröcken and
Lech Zürs were connected via the Auenfeld plateau,
creating a first-class ski paradise and one of the most
beautiful ski regions in the Alps.
