Security was of course a priority and the project includes door entry systems , remote cameras and CCTV . All 16 security cameras can all be accessed to view and be controlled via the Crestron control system offering peace of mind , essential in a premium property like this .
Crestron ’ s DigitalMedia system delivers content and management to a total of 12 different video zones in the home , three of which are Crestron standalone surround sound systems . Smartcomm added a further 36 audio zones , featuring powerful 140W Crestron Sonnex amplifiers .
As for lighting , an impressive total of 256 internal lighting circuits have been installed . Of these , 112 are Crestron dimming circuits and 144 are Crestron switch circuits which ensure each space has its own customisable ambience . Alongside the vast lighting solution , Smartcomm installed 32 motorised roller blinds and curtains , which are opened and closed at the touch of a button on any of the 10 available Crestron panels positioned throughout the property or via Apple iPads and iPhones through the Crestron App .
