Systemline unveiled this functionality during a recent trade show, conducting a series of live demonstrations to illustrate how the integration adds a new dimension to how consumers can enjoy music within their homes. Supporting both wired and wireless connectivity, installers can now connect E50 to an Amazon Echo Dot, allowing the user to issue voice commands such as ‘Alexa, play folk music from Spotify’, ‘Alexa, play BBC Radio 4 from TuneIn’ or ‘Alexa, skip track’ or ‘Alexa increase volume’. Launched earlier this year, E50 has been designed to meet the increasing demand for high quality built-in music systems at an affordable price. The solution retails at just £275.00 (inc VAT) and features a ‘stylish’ combined touch sensitive control panel, Bluetooth audio receiver and amplifier that fits within a standard 45mm deep UK double gang back box.
