Zanna: Yes, of course. What do you want to know? S and M: Firstly, what’s the reason you started a voluntary job? Zanna: It’s good experience for my future and I like meet different people. S and M: Can you tell us an interesting story about your experience as a volunteer? Zanna: So, I am not very good at maths but in the shop my duties include cash handling. Last week I had a busy day in the shop and I sold a lot of items. I was very happy because that was my best day. When I finished I checked the money and I saw that the cash was short in the cash machine. S and M: What did you do? Zanna: I was worried but I decided to tidy up and I found the money on the floor under cash machine. S and M: That is an interesting story, isn’t it? Thank you very much for the interview, Zanna. Zanna: Thanks guys. 
