Located in Porto Feliz, in Sao Paulo, the 2.200sqm terrain overlooking the golf course gains landscaping signed by landscape architect Alex Hanazaki and architecture project signed by Studio MK27 office and decoration was in charge of the architect Dado Castelo Branco.Como a need for owners to have a larger pool, Alex Hanazaki develops from that story a project from scratch, landing what was already on the ground and creating a new pool with a model that caters to various types of use: a shallower area, forming a kind of beach, some steps to facilitate access besides raised edges 10 cm in relation to the marble floor, giving the impression of floating. To enhance the view of who is in the house and oppose the linearity of the pool, Hanazaki implanted seven adult Washington palm trees, each over 6m high.

The leafy jabuticabeira of 40 years and the liquidambambers positioned in front of the house also act like refuse of verticality. In the remainder of the project, lowland species predominate, and because it is a cottage project, the professional gave priority to low maintenance species. In the background, masses of red and green texas grass create an organic design in contrast to the emerald grass. Agapantos and yellow lilies help to integrate the house yard into the common area of the condominium. The front garden brings irises, bamboo orchids and ear-of-ounce-capable species to form a living florida fence.
