TECNIFIBRE ICE CODE 125 - STRING TEST
TECNIFIBRE is a milestone for tennis players all over the world; a well know brand for multifilament strings,
racquets, accessories and also for a good range of monofilament tennis strings.
The French brand has created this new ICE CODE, available in 1.20, 1.25 and 1.30mm gauges, to cover a
medium-tough polyester range for intermediate to advanced players looking for a well balanced, all-round
string.
The extrusion phase involves a process of progressive crystallization and density to have a stiff and slick
external string coating and a soft core, providing more spin and comfort.
The static stiffness has medium-tough value (0.85-0.90km/mm) and tell us that TECNIFIBRE ICE CODE is a
racing competitive string without excess and rough response.
The dynamic stiffness (used string), is intermediate and aligned with all intermediate-tough polyester string
values, so the comfort is quite good for a monofilament but we're not talking of a soft poly or a multifilament of
course…..
