INTRODUCTION TO EASTWOOD PARK THEATRE
Eastwood Park Theatre is ideally situated just 15 minutes from the City Centre. The venue offers free
parking, close proximity to public transport and is a great facility for your conference, event or meeting.
With a variety of spaces available to hire – including a 330 seat auditorium, small meeting room, art
workshop, gallery and bar, plus the adjacent Eastwood Park Leisure Centre and Carmichael Hall – there is
scope to develop the ideal package to best suit your needs.
2.0 HIRE EASTWOOD PARK THEATRE

Bookings can be accepted up to 12 months in advance, unless your organisation is a member of the
Theatre Users’ Group.
2. Complete the “Theatre Let Application” and return it to the theatre within 28 days of making the
provisional booking along with a 10% booking deposit.
3. We will confirm your let and email
• A letter of confirmation
• Information for the production meeting
• A set up form for your Box Office requirements

Closer to your event you must schedule a mandatory production meeting with us. The latest date
for this to take place is 28 days prior to the first day of your let. Failure to do so may result in
cancellation of your let.
