- Rates are for non-profit hires. Commercial hires are subject to a 100% surcharge.

Merchandise Commission
- at performances and similar events 10% of gross sales (user’s staff used)
15% of gross sales (theatre staff used)
Damage/Cleaning Deposit (refundable) £100.00
Provisional booking deposit (non refundable) 10% of total booking fee
Ticket postage 50p per order
Ticket printing for sale by Hirer 10p + VAT per ticket
25
