The Directors, who are the Trustees for the purposes of charity law, are pleased to present their annual
report for the period ended 31 March 2016. East Renfrewshire Culture and Leisure Limited has been
entered into the Scottish Charity Register and is entitled, in accordance with section 13(1) of the
Charities and Trustees Investment (Scotland) Act to refer to itself as a charity registered in Scotland.
