I spend one great week in Poland through first mobility project. I met wonderful people (teachers and students) from 4 different countries. It was my first time in Poland and I was very impressed of the friendly people, their culture and the delicious food. I learned a lot of new things through the teachers trainings. I learned about Motivation and what causes lack of Motivation. On this teachers training, I liked the group activity that we had with the "story squares" and how we as teachers can use them for introducing a group of new students.

The first mobility has been a great experience for both students and teachers. We had the opportunity to experience Polish culture, tradition and lifestyle first-hand.
Teachers had received a very useful training on Motivation and what causes lack of motivation, by a university professor. We had the opportunity to reflect on our teaching and to draw conclusions on what can be improved and what can we, as teachers do, to increase motivation among students. I`m looking forward to implement the new methods and approaches in my teaching.
