A veteran both behind the wheel and behind a torque wrench, Erica brings over 10 years of experience navigating the male-dominated motor sports arena from the female perspective.

Niall Geaney (IRL) - Lawyer, Geaney Solicitors. Niall is co-owner and partner of a boutique law firm in Dublin. He practices in various aspects of law and acts for numerous sports groups and national sports governing bodies in Ireland; inc advising Rugby League & Motorsport Ireland.

Art McCarrick (IRL) - Sport Development Officer, Motorsport Ireland; in charge of promoting the participation, excellence and accessibility of motorsport to a wider audience. He is also a part time motorsport competitor in Ireland.

Paolo Aversa (UK) - Lecturer in Strategy, Cass Business School, London (MSc in Mgmt, Full Time MBA & Executive MBA). Research interests relate to determinants of performance in tech-based settings characterized by fierce competition & changing environments.
