The London ePrix is almost upon us and Battersea Park is a buzz
already with the announcement that McLaren F1 factory driver Oliver
Turvey will be making his Formula E debut.
With his race suit still steaming from his second place LMP2 placing at
the epic 24 hours of LeMans for team Jota Sport, Turvey will partner
Nelson Piquet Jr at NextEV TCR in London.
Piquet has remained un-phased thus far this season by his team mates, of
which he will now have had four. But Turvey might be a handful if he gets to
grips quickly with his machine. He might be strong enough to throw Piquet’s victory aspirations for a loop in Battersea.
