The stars of the FIA formula E championship will get behind the camera to take photos to be auctioned off for the series' chosen charity, One Drop.

The project is part of Zoom - an initiative by @FormulaMoney founders which brings together motorsport, charity and photography.

Formula E drivers will sign their photos during the Monaco Grand Prix and the framed, autographed photos will be auctioned off at a gala dinner for the Formula E season finale in London on Friday 26th June.

The Formula E charities which benefit from the photo auction is ONE DROP and the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation, the Official International Foundation Partners for the FIA Formula E Championship.

Formula E chief executive, Alejandro Agag, says: “We are delighted that Zoom will be part of our season finale. We are great supporters of ONE DROP and the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation and their commitment to sustainability and green initiatives, which ties in with the ethos of the FIA Formula E Championship. Zoom is a great way to benefit them.”

Caroline Reid, co-founder of Zoom, says: “It’s fantastic to be working with an innovative new series like Formula E to expand the Zoom concept. The photo montage will be a unique item which will tell the story behind Formula E’s first season from the viewpoint of those who took part in it.”

Zoom's partnership with Formula E follows on from its success partnership with F1 which has seen stunning photos including the famous photo of the Ferrari tifosi taken by Fernando Alonso, auctioned off to raise several thousand pounds for Great Ormond Street Hospital.
