WEC’s Silent

Samurai

Kazuki Nakajima is a well-mannered and humble individual, who has silently been getting on with the task at hand, as Toyota Racing looks to up the ante in the fight for the 2014 World Endurance Championship against Audi Sport and the newcomers to the party.

The Japanese driver’s association with Toyota has been a harmonious and fruitful partnership between the two entities over the past twelve seasons. As the Cologne-based outfit looks to battle hard against Ingolstadt for top honours, he has been an integral piece of the puzzle on how the team has developed into a proverbial giant-killer.

E-Racing's Alex Goldschmidt caught up Kazuki at Silverstone to talk to the former Williams F1 driver, who this year has one of the best chances to win a World Championship, and discussed the team’s preparations ahead of the season opener and his continuing career in Super Formula alongside some of his fellow rivals in the WEC.
