DC: How's your fan base in Asia?

FR: My teammate Darryl (O'Young) is from Hong Kong and isvery famous there. When he signed to be my teammate, there was a lot of interest from Asia. Until then, it was not really well known, because I never raced there. My whole career was in Europe - I was more well known there than in my home country.

DC: How was it leaving Brazil? Did you still have a lot of support when leaving to Europe?

FR: In Brazil, you have stock car racing, it's the most famous kind of racing. Because I'm doing something else, elsewhere, Brazil tends to focus more on what is happening in Brazil. I'm not so well known in my home country, as I was racing before at the Le Mans series in Europe, we didn't have many races in South America. Now with the WEC, we have a race in Brazil, so people start to know this type of race better and who's racing there, so things have changed in the last couple of years. People that follow only what's happening in Brazil, so they start to follow me and get to know what I'm doing in other races. They get to know me and what I did in the past - this Brazilian guy, who raced for 15 years abroad in other series. Why have never heard about him and how come?

DC: So you're bringing more Brazilian fans into the series (WEC), and you're bringing more European fans interested into what you're doing as well.

FR: Many people in Brazil start learning about Endurance Racing in Le Mans, there are not many Brazilians racing in this level of racing.

Also going back to Social Media, I tried to not only post about racing and cars. I like going out seeing nature. I'm not a race car driver every day. I'm doing other things that I like to take pictures of. I think what actually works best with this Social Media thing
