People are like addictions,
When you first meet them, everything is amazing,
They make you feel alive, fueling your soul more and more,
But then you begin to rely on them,
To get you through the day,
To make you smile,
And to tell you it's going to be okay even when you both know it won't be,
And then they’re everything,
And only when it’s too late you realize their everything,
Is what's bringing you down.
