EQUINE | ECOD Report Editing captured events – this section allows users to edit their (and only their) captured events. A complete edit for all fields is possible, and events can also be deleted. A complete list of captured events is available as a table (Figure 3) – to select one to edit the user simply clicks on one of them. The table is filterable, either by typing any search value into the search input box on the top right or by ordering the events by clicking the up and down buttons in the column headers Figure 5: Viewing and selecting events to edit Once selected the information for the event selected comes up in another window (Figure 4), and any part can be edited. Changing the location is possible by simply clicking on the map in the new location – it will become highlighted and the new location code will be in the appropriate box in the form. The reporting interface has been improved. The map no longer has circles to indicate disease locations, but the actual boundaries of the municipalities are shown with a shaded map of case totals. Municipalities affected can be clicked to get the actual case numbers for the time period selected (using the time slider). An epidemic curve is also shown.
