EQUINE | ECOD Report
Editing captured events – this section allows users to edit their (and only their) captured events. A complete edit
for all fields is possible, and events can also be deleted. A complete list of captured events is available as a table
(Figure 3) – to select one to edit the user simply clicks on one of them. The table is filterable, either by typing any
search value into the search input box on the top right or by ordering the events by clicking the up and down
buttons in the column headers
Figure 5: Viewing and selecting events to edit
Once selected the information for the event selected comes up in another
window (Figure 4), and any part can be edited. Changing the location is
possible by simply clicking on the map in the new location – it will become
highlighted and the new location code will be in the appropriate box in the
form.
The reporting interface has been improved. The map no longer has
circles to indicate disease locations, but the actual boundaries of the
municipalities are shown with a shaded map of case totals. Municipalities
affected can be clicked to get the actual case numbers for the time period
selected (using the time slider). An epidemic curve is also shown.
