The current College Board of Management has
a higher representation of females in comparison
to males. Previously the gender split of males
and females was 50/50 representation. Board
members are recruited through the recruitment
and selection policy.
To promote wider diversity, Board meetings
have been moved to an earlier time. Moving
forward, the College will continue to review the
membership of its Board of Management and take
steps necessary to encourage further diversity.
