 EPark is strategically located on a 32 acre (13 hectare) site with commercial planning, 5 miles (8 km) east of Cork City and 15 minutes from Cork International Airport.  Potential to add an additional 70 acres (28 hectares) to the existing site.  Planning submitted for 270,000 sq ft (25,092 sq m) of new data centre accommodation.  60 MW grid connection from adjoining 110 kV Castleview Substation, which is dual fed from two different 110 kV power stations, one in North and one in South Cork.  Site is well served from a fibre perspective with access to both national and international backhaul networks.  Speed to market – with 60 MW of power secured and planning permission submitted, the developers can the deliver the substation and shell and core buildings within 12 months.  ARUP have been commissioned to carry out a full due diligence report on the site and have confirmed its suitability as a location for data centres. Full report available upon request.  The developers can construct buildings to shell and core or to client specification.
