VEGAN SCRAMBLED EGGS

Are you looking for a vegan egg substitute ? Chef Gueli has you covered ! She ’ s taken a typical scrambled egg recipe and turned it into something that both vegans and non-vegans would like . Look at her recipe below :
Scrambled “ eggs ” with onions , bell peppers , and tomatoes INGREDIENTS : 1-Cup chickpea flour 1 to 1½ -cup spring water A Dash of Salt 1-Teaspoon turmeric 1-Tablespoon olive oil 1 Onion 1 Bell pepper 1-2 Roma tomatoes ½ Cup Spinach
DIRECTIONS : In a bowl , mix the chickpea flour , salt , and turmeric . Add water until you get the consistency of beaten eggs . In a pan , add olive oil and sauté onions , bell peppers , and tomatoes ( you can add as many veggies as you prefer ). Add batter and scramble ! Remove from heat , place on a plate , add fresh spinach .

The fact that chocolate is vegan surprises the majority of people . Chocolate is made from the cacao beans of the cacao tree , making it a plant-based product ! Most storebought chocolate products contain milk , leading to the widespread belief that chocolate is not vegan .
This is fantastic news for chocolate enthusiasts ! If you enjoy chocolate , you don ’ t have to give it up if you follow a vegan diet . Here ’ s a simple smoothie recipe that ’ s not only yummy but also healthy and nutritious , and it ’ s free of dairy and sugar !
1 cup raw coconut water or nut milk ( almond or hazelnut ) 1 / 3 cup organic frozen berries of your choice 1 / 2 of a frozen banana 1 teaspoon sea moss powder ( also called Irish Moss ) Dash of cinnamon 1 / 4 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 / 2 teaspoon cacao powder 1 / 4 cup of soaked dates ( can add more or less until you reach your desired level of sweetness .)
Optional : 1 tablespoon of almond , peanut , or cashew butter . Add ingredients to your high-speed blender , and voila !
